The Role
As the Finance Manager, you will work collaboratively with the Financial Controller in the financial process and reporting for the company. This role will be hands-on and will give you the opportunity to be involved in supporting the wider team with process improvements and change management.
The responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Ownership of month-end financial close.
- Support of financial processes including month end reconciliations and statistic reporting.
- Preparation of annual statutory accounts.
- Liaise with external auditors and assist with annual auditing.
- Ensure deadlines for monthly and quarterly board reporting are met.
- Working with multiple stakeholders to create and define new policies for business change.
- Budgeting and Forecasting reporting including commentary and variance analysis.
- Overseeing transactional accounting work.
- Adhoc tasks including process improvements.
