- Location: Melbourne City Fringe. 4 days in the office / 1 day from home.
- Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 package + sti

About the role:
Joining a small team and reporting directly to Financial Controller you'll be responsible for:
- Managing a team of 3 people
- Financial accounting and reporting
- Project feasibility, profitability and cashflow forecasting.
- Co-ordinating year-end audit
- Tax and compliance including, FBT, TPAR, BAS and Annual Tax Planning.
- Banking, treasury and cashflow management
- Working directly with Development Managers, Group Financial Controller and Chief Financial Officer.
- Working with external accountant and advisors
About you:
- Full CA or CPA
- Strong knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards
- Excellent understanding of relevant compliance and taxation laws
- Broad experience across financial and management accounting and analysis
- Essential: Property development or construction experience
- Desirable: Prior experience working in a Big-4 or Mid-Tier Accounting Firm
