Our client
Reporting into the Head of Finance of this global FMCG business you'll be joining a fun, dynamic and energetic finance team, in an excellent development role.
As the business enters a significant upgrade of systems upgrade to automate costing the FM will be tasked with overseeing a team who are in charge of oversight of accounting records, analysing data and troubleshooting with stakeholders and relevant systems

Additionally you will be caelled upon to build and present dashboard reporting on adjustments as well as build relationships with stakeholders (operational, finance and corporate) to inform of and troubleshoot issues. Planning and overseeing ongoign improvement of processes.
About You -

• Experience in managing and mentoring staff
• CPA/CA qualifications
• Any exposure to standard costing methodologies (e.g., weighted average or moving average price) will be beneficial and otherwise exposure to general accounting in a product based industry (retail, manufacturing, wholesale)
• Strong systems skills (particularly in SAP or Oracle) and projects such as system implementations, integrations and improvement will be well regarded
