Our client is a well-established high profile leading Not-for-Profit Aged Care & Retirement Living provider who has delivered quality services throughout Western Australian to their clientele. This is a position taking over from an existing person leaving due to unforeseen circumstances - the role is left squeaky clean, well-organised and in great state to take over.
Reporting to the Financial Accountant, your role will be both broad and varied and include the following:
- Look after all aspects from creation to cessation of resident contracts
- Prepare financial information for the residents
- Maintain the compliance documentation
- Control the Fee Register for accommodations
- Support other facilities generally as required
- Previous experience in the Aged Care and Retirement Village sector is desirable.
- Knowledge of government accommodation contract regulations
- Experience with resident management and billing system
- Strong attention to detail.
- Great customer service skills
- Current National Police Clearance less than 3 months
- Immunisation records - Flu and Covid 19
- Good salary package (NFP packaging available).
