About the Role
Report directly to Financial Accountant - CMT/ Tramada, the role of the Finance & Admin Assistant is primarily responsible assisting Tramada Finance team with day-to-day accounting administration. This role is very involved and will bring new challenges and rewards each day as you assist with Contract management as well as AR and AP functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the preparation of daily bank reconciliations of Tramada bank accounts
- Responsible for the accounts receivable function for Tramada including processing invoices timely and accurately, reviewing contracts and pursuing all outstanding debts for collection
- Monitoring Email inbox and action clients' requests and answer account queries within company SLA response times
- Manage and update clients' contracts. Liaise with contract managers and relevant parties
- Manage and monitor Jira tickets for all internal and external requests
- Maintain and update monthly invoicing schedule to ensure all adjustments are updated promptly
- Perform accounts payable function for Tramada, including reconciling statements, processing all invoices and payments in line with company policy and supplier terms.
- Reconciliation for Corporate Credit Card and Staff expenses monthly for Tramada
- Assist with day-to-day cash flow activities
- Ensuring that policies and procedures are always maintained and complied with, and that processes/tasks are completed accurately, efficiently and within set timeframes
- Continuous review and improvement of processes to ensure tasks are performed in the most efficient manner, automated where possible and documented
- Delivering a high standard of communication and customer service to internal and external customers and colleagues
- Providing financial and administrative assistance to the Finance Team as required
- Other duties as assigned from time to time
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in similar role
- A formal qualification in Finance is desirable but not essential
- Previous AP, AR & Administration experience is highly relevant
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with Jira, SAP software (Sap one and Concur) or similar
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to be able to communicate with all levels
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Solutions orientated
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Must have can-do attitude
- Experience in the travel industry is desirable but not essential
