This is a bespoke role for an individual who can manage the best of both worlds working closely to support an adviser in the provision of financial planning advice. They will also have the opportunity to establish long lasting relationships with their own book of clients, fulfilling annual review requirements.

Tasks and Responsibilities
- Manage and review a book of existing clients, providing strategic and tailored advice when necessary
- Support a Private Client Advisor with the provision of financial advice
- Work collaboratively with the advice delivery team on advice production and execution
- Travel between PSK Townsville & Ayr Offices (including surrounding areas to service clients)
- Stay updated on industry and market knowledge
- Maintain a strong compliance history
- Engage with new referrals to establish their financial needs and offer wealth management support
- Understanding of financial planning strategies including retirement planning, cashflow, debt management and gearing.
- An ability to keep the client front of mind and deliver exceptional client service.
- Attending to client queries and liaising with other professionals to deliver great client outcomes
Qualifications and Experience
- Has met the FASEA Standards
- Minimum 2 years in an Adviser or equivalent role
- Strong ability to build rapport with clients over the phone, video and in person
- Knowledge and experience with Financial Planning Software, Xplan including Wealthsolver, Risk Researcher and Xtools+
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships based on trust, integrity, and professionalism.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to effectively manage and prioritise competing priorities.
