Financial Capability Program Coordinator with relevant experience who wants to join our team on a maximum term part-time contract until 30 June 2025, working 30.4 hours per week based in Fitzroy.
THE ROLEThis position manages the implementation and delivery of a pilot aimed at protecting participants from scams. This pilot is delivered in partnership with ANZ and is a key project within BSL's
Financial Capability Program.The incumbent will be responsible for building participants' ability to recognise and respond to scams, thereby reducing their financial vulnerability through the delivery of educational workshops. The coordinator will be required to support the program through administrative tasks such as the management of intake systems, data collection, and providing customer service support to participants. The coordinator will also contribute more broadly to the
Financial Capability Program by working collaboratively with other coordinators to deliver financial education workshops in their respective programs as required.
- Plan and administer training sessions and guide participants to ensure that activities are carried out in accordance with the MoneyMinded program and BSL guidelines.
- Oversee and conduct the MoneyMinded Coach training course as required by ANZ. (Training in the suite of materials will be provided).
- Record and report on participants' activities and any associated paperwork in a timely and accurate manner utilising forms and databases as required.

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Trained as a MoneyMinded coach
- Experience delivering training to people living with a disability.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver training programs in an online and face-to-face environment.
- Good computer skills, including a working knowledge of MS Office Software.
- Displays appropriate organisational, prioritising and time management skills.
- Self-motivation, with the ability to interact with and contribute to a team.
- An understanding of the factors impacting financial wellbeing and the educational requirements surrounding this.
