Your role
As a Financial System Controller for Business Area Surveillance, you will play an important role and work with development and integration of our financial forecast and analytic tools. Your overall goal will be to drive and implement changes in order to provide more efficient Financial Systems. You will work closely with business controllers and the Business Intelligence team and you will be a key member of the Business Areas financial team.

The location of the position is in Gothenburg or Stockholm or Linköping. Operations are conducted in Sweden, US, UK, Australia, Germany, the United Arab Emirates, South Africa, Denmark and Finland.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Coordinate and improve ways of working in our Financial Systems.
- Identify and implement efficiency changes from a system perspective.
- Develop and provide analytic tools and reports to the financial team.
- Work in close corporation with other controllers in the Finance function and with Saabs system development group.
Your profile
The person we are looking for possess a strong system knowledge combined with financial experience from financial planning, analysis, budget and reporting. Therefore, we believe that you are an economist with good understanding for technical systems or are working with system solutions but also have a financial understanding, or similar. However, your most important skill is your proactive and positive attitude.
We would like you to have experience from Financial Systems such as; forecasting = Mercur, accounting = Agresso Unit4 & IFS, reporting = Hyperion Financial Management (HFM). Or similar. It is important for us that you have knowledge in financial planning, analysis, reporting and accounting principles. On top of that we also believe that you have good problem solving skills and are solution oriented. You have the ability to communicate effectively in English and Swedish, both verbally and in writing. You display honesty, integrity, fairness and knows the importance of building relationships both within and across functions.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
