Tasks & responsibilities
- Coordinate the allocation of equipment and personnel to ensure each job meets the client specification and safety standards.
- Allocated work is carried out on time and in budget.
- Provide estimates to clients in requested timeframes.
- Ensure scheduling and personnel system data is accurate and up to date.
- Contributing to relevant projects and their implementation.
- Meeting and exceeding customer service level requirements.
- Recommending process and/or system innovations to improve operational efficiency and customer service.
Qualifications & Experience
- A strong customer service focus and commitment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
- Solid experience managing employee relations; leadership coaching, technical coaching, managing personnel against company values.
- Experience of coordinating personnel and equipment in a quality-controlled service environment.
- Maximise the utilisation of company equipment and personnel.
- Ability to input information into software systems in conjunction with customer interactions.
- A strong ability to solve problems and a high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal communication and strong written skills.
- Sound general administrative skills and computer literacy.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team to deliver outcomes.
