Food And Beverage Manager

Experienced Food and Beverage Manager required for a busy cafe and restaurant operation
As an integral part of our team, you will report directly to the General Manager.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manager to join us in ensuring the smooth operation of our venue.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Provide exceptional customer experiences through friendly service, cleanliness, and quality products
• Train, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver excellent service
• Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Handle cash procedures, including end-of-day reconciliation and banking
• Address customer complaints and take appropriate corrective action
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Be available for various shifts, including weekends, nights, and public holidays

Requirements:

• Experience as a Food and Beverage Manager
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage staff
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and inventory management
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends, nights, and public holidays
• Current RSA and RCG certification

This is a full-time roles starting immediately and report to the General Manager. We are seeking candidates that have strong time management and professionalism, understanding the importance of having a presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekends. Salary $70,000.00pa plus superannuation. Sponsorship available to the right candidate.
