Redlands by the Retirement Resort is a close-knit retirement living community set on maintained grounds featuring a beautifully restored Queenslander. Our small hospitality team is growing and we are looking for fun and friendly Food & Beverage staff to join our team to deliver high-quality meals and service to the residents! You'll be a great communicator with a focus on delivering a high standard of customer service, and enjoy supporting the residents whilst providing a happy social environment. Our Food & Beverage team staff complete a wide range of front-of-house and back-of-house tasks where you will enjoy connecting with residents dining in our restaurant, but also enjoy spending time in the kitchen completing some food prep!

We have three part-time positions available:

• Monday-Thursday 11.15am-6.15pm (afternoon penalty rates apply on all shifts)
• Saturday and Sunday 11.15am-6.15pm (weekend penalty rates apply on all shifts)
• Saturday and Sunday 12pm-5pm (weekend penalty rates apply on all shifts)

You will

• Provide a high level of Customer Service to residents during lunch or dinner service times
• Assist in the daily preparation of meals
• Assist with the delivery of Food & Beverages
• Assist with morning teas, afternoon teas and happy hours 
• Complete the setup and pack down of the restaurant 
• Follow all kitchen and restaurant hygiene practices (which will include general cleaning and washing up)

What you'll bring

• A friendly and warm persona with a passion for building relationships and chatting with residents!
• Experience in a fast-paced hospitality, restaurant or customer service environment (highly regarded)
• Current Police check (required, but we can complete for you!)
• Minimum of two (2) COVID-19 Vaccinations (required)
