You will liaise with department heads to ensure exceptional experiences for guests with every experience.Skills & Experience:
- Previous Restaurant Management experience in an upscale, fine-dining venue
- Proven ability to leave and motivate teams, facilitating a collaborative and harmonious environment
- Fantastic food and beverage knowledge
- Excellent understanding of financials, including menu development and costing, rostering and stock ordering
- Devotion to providing exceptional guest experiences with meticulous attention to detail
