The Gambaro Group is eagerly seeking a passionate Food & Beverage Manager to join the Brisbane team.
The role shares accountability for the F&B strategy for operations, and the delivery of outlet results including P&L and revenue.
Required Skills and attributes:
- Previous senior/multi-outlet management experience in large scale premium environments
- Knowledge and understanding of contemporary food and beverage concepts and industry trends
- Passionate about all aspects of hospitality
- Significant wine experience
- Exceptional leadership skills with the proven ability to coach and mentor management teams
- Effective planning, time management and decision making skills
- Sound business acumen to manage multi outlet performance metrics in relation to the guest, staff, and financials
- You will be fully responsible for rostering, wage and cost management, in addition to other productivity and profitability related aspects across multiple venues.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment, with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with a confident, friendly and professional approach
- High standard of grooming and personal presentation
- Advanced stakeholder management, communication skills, and learning agility
- Computer literacy (Microsoft office suite and other hospitality software)
- A current RMLV for QLD
- Hands on once operations open
