About the Role
Based in the heart of town, the HOTEL NEWMAN PTY LTD offers full accommodation, dining and facilities to our guests. We are not like the usual services you might find in remote Western Australia and we pride ourselves on providing clean, modern facilities that are on-par with Perth metro standards.
We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced full time Restaunt Manager to join our team!
Tasks and duties
• Supervising, training and supporting food and beverage attendants of a lower grade.
• Reconciliation and accounting of cash registers and EFTPOS terminals.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction with service and resolving issues when they arise.
• Monthly stock takes
• undertaking general waiting duties of both food and/or beverage
• Understand and abide by liquor licencing regulations
• Excellent communication skills ensuring that all pertinent information is channelled correctly to the appropriate party
• Back-office administration as directed, such as: entering invoices, matching invoices
