Your new role
As the FP&A Manager, you will drive excellence in financial management by leading comprehensive finance partnering initiatives across the organisation. The primary objectives include ensuring accurate and timely monthly financial reporting, conducting insightful analysis, overseeing budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes, managing costing activities, contributing to the development of successful tenders, and ensuring the proper submission of funding acquittals. The goal is to enhance the financial performance of the organisation through strategic financial insights, effective planning, and collaborative cross-functional partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

What you'll need to succeed
- Qualifications in Accounting (CA, CPA, ACA)
- Experience in leading the development of budgets, monitoring performance, and providing in-depth analysis and forecasting
- Extensive experience in leading and managing a financial partnering portfolio
- Ability to influence and guide senior executives in relation to the strategic management of budgets
- Demonstrated achievement in leading a high-performing team
- Experience in the Community Services industry is beneficial
- Experience using advanced accounting software, such as Sage Intacct or similar also advantageous
