Explore & Develop are a franchised Early Childhood Education and Care business that has been operating for 19 years. We have 26 Early Childhood services across NSW and the ACT that provide high quality education and care.
The Explore & Develop Support Office are seeking the skills of an experienced Franchise Development Manager to join our Support Office team to facilitate our new site growth and franchise recruitment.
Role and Responsibilities
- Site sourcing and Lease negotiation
- Franchise recruitment
- Site Feasibility utilising Gap Maps and other platforms
- Completing budgets for new sites opportunities
- Working in partnership with our network of Developers and our Franchisees to ensure the build process is delivered to agreed plans.
- Review and pursue group buying / preferred supplier opportunities.
Your Skills and Experience
- People person who loves to listen, learn and communicate
- Experience working in the Franchising or Property Sector would be highly desirable
- Proven experience managing a pipeline of enquiries
- Computer literate with a good grasp of using software programs and navigating excel spreadsheets
- Solution focused and can do attitude
