Job description

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to support our operations in stock management, data entry, phone handling, and customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a positive and friendly demeanor, with a passion for ensuring customer satisfaction. This role also requires experience in Workplace Health and Safety practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage stock inventory, including receiving, organizing, and updating stock records.

Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.

Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer needs and resolving issues effectively.

Assisting management with writing WH&S policys.

Assist with general administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office. 

Experience:

Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in a similar industry.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience with Workplace Health and Safety regulations and procedures.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
