SalaryThe Little Learning Tree is a family owned and operated 66 place long care centre in Lithgow.
Due to growing numbers we are looking for Educators to join the team.
We are focused on creating a positive, open and honest environment for all our staff and recognise that our staff are one of our key tools in providing quality education to our children. Your Role
- To work in the room to create a positive and stimulating environment to support our children
- Have a genuine interest in promoting children's learning and well-being
- Observe and evaluate children's development
- Communicate positively with children and staff on a daily basis
- To show a great love of children and have a knowledge of developmental areas
You will need:
- A Certificate 3, Diploma in Early Education and Care or ECT Degree (or working towards a qualification)
- Knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
- First Aid & CPR or be willing to obtain
- Working with Children Check
- Great written and verbal communication skills
