The Role
Radiology Victoria is seeking a positive, customer service orientated receptionist/booking clerk to join our clerical team located in Wantirna.
Hours of operation are 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
This modern and advanced facility is patient-focused with an emphasis on quality healthcare in a high performing team with a positive workplace culture.
Reception or radiology experience is not essential.
To be successful in this role you will have…
- Previous radiology and/or medical billing experience is not essential but desirable
- Strong customer service with a focus on patient-centred care
- A positive and professional attitude with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to multi-task and work cohesively in a team environment
We are seeking a professional receptionist/booking clerk who takes pride and ownership in their work and wants to be part of a growing organisation. We are looking for suitable candidates who would love to work in a dynamic environment with a strong focus on customer.
