About the Role:- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events
- Managing the team to complete the set up, catering and breakdown
- Ensuring a seamless guest experience from start to finish
- Liaise with management/client to ensure all event expectations are met
- Be the point of contact for any issues that may arise
- Maintain a safe and clean environment throughout the venue during events.
- Providing exceptional customer service
About You:- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Have previous experience in event management or hospitality
- A passion for food and delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in working with
- Current Working with Children Check, or ability to obtain as well as RSA
- Ability to use Microsoft office
