To further grow and compliment that suite, they are embarking on the development of 2 disruptive software products that will be unique and involve quantum solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive Business Development plans to drive revenue growth for both existing products and for the innovative new products. Lead and inspire a growing high-performance sales team as the new products hit the market to achieve and exceed targets. Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to enhance market presence. Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to shape business strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of sales initiatives. Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and customer-centricity within the organization. Qualifications: Proven experience in software Business Development and Sales leadership roles particularly in relation to a software start-up and supporting new products to market. Knowledge of the cyber security software market, challenges, competitors etc. Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain successful client relationships. GuardWare Australia works with Australian Defence Companies as well as other industries. The ability to gain an Australian Defence clearance is essential. To do this you must be an Australian Citizen ready to undergo a police check and the security clearance application process.
