ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the CEO, the GM Finance partners with the clinical and operational leadership teams to provide financial/commercial management and advice, focused on business performance and the performance across a portfolio of aged care centres.
You will be responsible for:
- Ownership of all aspects of control, reporting and compliance
- Finance business partnering – business wide commercial support, working capital management and tax
- Performance insights and reporting. Analyse key business drivers to develop commercial insights to assist in understanding business performance
- Oversight of the financial aspects of developments on new facilities
- Budgeting and forecasting: management of annual planning process for the business
- Transformation: Play a driving role in positioning the finance team as a business partner. Drive value adding insight and analytics through technology and support structures
- Lead and develop a high performing finance team
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies
- Managed full finance functions
- Demonstrated business partnering experience
- Experience in providing meaningful analysis to support decision making
- Qualified CA, CPA
- Property development experience will be highly regarded
