Are you a seasoned Operations Manager with over 15 plus years of experience in recruitment, specializing in Electrical, Trades Construction, and Mining? LHRE , a leading provider of recruitment, resourcing, and workforce management solutions in the mining, construction, civil, and government sectors
LHRE Group is looking for a dynamic and hands-on individual to join our team.
Additionally, once settled in your role, you will have responsibility for building a team of consultants with broad industry specialization, and the opportunity for progression towards a director position, with all the perks that come with it. The salary on offer will be negotiable but the experience required will see a package plus and a shared ownership/profit structure.
This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of your role and reap the personal, financial and professional progression that accompany it, while being supported by the Directors of the LHRE Group. The role is well suited to an experienced recruiter with management experience (or managerial aspirations).
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Management: Lead and mentor a dedicated team to ensure optimal performance and growth.
- Client Contracts and Negotiation: Build and nurture client relationships, negotiate contracts, and establish favorable rates.
- OHS and Reporting: Oversee Occupational Health and Safety initiatives, conduct safety risk assessments, and ensure compliance with workers' compensation documentation.
- Operations Functions: Manage internal staffing requirements, workforce planning, temporary workforce, and business development.
- Policies and Procedures: Establish and adhere to company policies, procedures, and KPIs.
- Training and Development: Implement training programs to enhance team skills and performance.
Qualifications:
- Over 15+ years of experience in Recruitment, with expertise in Electrical, Trades Construction, and Mining.
- Proficient in JobAdder, Ratescalc, and Astute Payroll systems.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
