- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth practice management
- Coordinate and optimize patient scheduling and appointments
- Implement and maintain efficient administrative systems and processes

Skills & Experience:
- 3 years of experience in practice management
- Proficient in Practice Management and Medical Reception
- Strong leadership and staff management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of medical software systems (e.g., Medical Director, PracSoft)
- Full working rights in Australia
