Holy Cross College is a Catholic co-educational College located in Ellenbrook with students enrolled from Pre-Kindergarten to Year Twelve. Selection Criteria - Essential
Persons appointed to this position will:
- actively support and promote the objectives and ethos of Catholic Education as articulated in the
Bishops of WA Mandate for Catholic Schools and the Vision and Mission of the College. - demonstrate capacities in all areas of the LIFE Curriculum as articulated in the Role Description of the Graduate Accountant/Finance Officer at Holy Cross College
The commencement date for this position is negotiable.
Full Time, 52 Weeks, 4 Weeks paid Annual Leave.
Specific Duties
- Accounts Receivable
- Issue family fee statements
- Process payments
- Assist families with all payment and financial queries
- Cash handling
- Receipt, process and bank all payments
- Assist with processing when required
- Assist with collection of outstanding accounts
- Bank
- General Ledger
- Clearing Accounts
- Manage petty cash
- Accounts Payable
- Debtors Control
- Monthly reconciliations
- Provide assistance with the financial co-ordination of all College events
- Assist with general office duties as directed
- Other duties as required by the Principal
Qualifications Required
Hold a current National Police History Check as issued by the Department of Education Western Australia, or be eligible to obtain.
Current Working with Children Card, or be willing to obtain.
