As the General/Growth Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and development of a busy medical practice. You will be responsible for implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency, expand patient base, and strengthen community presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth strategies to increase patient acquisition and retention.
- Identify opportunities for business development within the healthcare sector, with a focus on non-profit organisations and charities.
- Foster strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand clinics network and reach.
- Oversee marketing initiatives to promote services and enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.
- Manage budgets and financial performance, working closely with the finance team.
- Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve organizational objectives.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry, preferably in a medical or Allied Health practice setting.
- Proven track record of success in business development, specifically within non-profit organisations and charities.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
