We are looking for a Guest Service Agent to join our team. As well as being the go-to for guests checking in to our hotel, you will be able to assist in our fantastic cafe. Working in different departments means there is never a dull day.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Assist with guest reservations and general inquiries
- Deliver service excellence, from check in to check out and everywhere in between
- A can-do attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality
- Greet and welcome all guests.
- Extremely professional telephone & email etiquette
- The ability to multitask
- Strong presentation, communication & interpersonal skills
- Background in Reservations
- Experience in RMS preferred
- Ability to multi-task as well as work under pressure
- Providing excellent customer service
- Liaising with clients professionally and with a warm, friendly demeanour
- RSA is a requirement
- Barista skills an advantage
- Waiting tables also advantageous
