This leadership role will craft and execute strategies that align our people practices with our overall organisational goals, driving both individual and collective success.
Factor1 Group
At Factor1 we recognise that the heart of our success lies in the dedication and talent of our team members. Our headspace has been dominated by ways of nurturing a workplace where every individual is valued, supported and empowered to do their best.
We are not your typical accounting firm. We like to think that we are progressive, as we challenge the norms in everything we do.
After 8 years from starting the firm, we have now over 60 team members. It is time to take HR responsibilities from the founding Partners, and create something even more beautiful.

So while management and a majority of initiatives can be delivered or done using tech, you may decide some travel is needed to ensure consistency across offices. We find it is great to get out of the office or home office now and then.
