AutoGrab is seeking an experienced professional for the role of Head of People and Culture. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in building and maintaining a high-performing team at AutoGrab, both locally and overseas, contributing to our global success and growth.

Reporting to the COO, you will thrive in this exciting and pivotal P&C leadership role, using your breadth of experience to further shape a great place to work. Nurture and coach an existing strong team to offer compelling levels of enterprise-wide support, and partner with our Executive and other leaders to create strategic solutions to People and systems challenges, maintain the vision and commitment that continues to make AutoGrab such an engaging, positive place to work.

• Develop and implement a P&C strategy, drive employee engagement, working to deliver on our company mission and goals.
• Own the end to end employee lifecycle, partner with our people managers and Executive on all P&C matters including talent acquisition, employee capability, diversity and inclusion, organisational design, succession planning, policy and compliance and employee relations
• Lead talent acquisition across our business by sourcing and attracting outstanding talent to join AutoGrab
• Offer professional guidance, mentorship, and training to managers to enhance their skills, foster knowledge sharing, and uphold professional standards, with special attention to talent retention and onboarding techniques.
• Take ownership of P&C projects, including the implementation of a HRIS system, from requirements gathering through to implementation, consulting as appropriate with the Executive team

About You

• You are degree qualified, with tertiary qualifications in human resources, organisational development, business or a related field, coupled with extensive experience in HR operations acquired within a corporate and/or professional services organisation.

Experience working within a global organisation, with remote teams will be highly regarded, but not critical to the advancement of your application.
