Catchcam Electronic Security is a leading Security Integration company on the Gold Coast, specialising in CCTV, Alarms, Intercom & Access Control solutions. Based in Burleigh Heads, our work ranges from Residential, small Commercial to Schools & Colleges including servicing, maintenance and new build fit out’s. We are known for our excellent levels of customer service and ability to provide solutions that other companies can’t or won’t. We are recruiting for an Office & Marketing Administrator for a minimum 16 hours per week (times to be negotiated between the successful applicant and Director) who will be responsible for assisting us in ensuring all office activities are completed in a timely, accurate and professional manner. This is the criteria we are looking for in this role to qualify to work at Catchcam:
1. Have knowledge of Accounts Payable and Receivable processing and entering and generating invoices and reconciliation procedures.
2. Have excellent customer service skills and phone manner and communicate effectively with clients.
3. Communicate effectively with the Director regarding ordering and job progress.
4. Ensure all tax obligations are met (GST/PAYE) and pay wages and manage holiday pay.
5. Assist with marketing activities (e.g. email/mailing letters, customer database, social media etc.)
6. Strive towards producing high quality work in appropriate time frame at all times.
7. Have fun enjoy and be proud of what you achieve in your working day.
8. Be motivated and help your team to meet timelines and uphold the Catchcam professional image.
9. Be studying in an Administrative or Marketing role or experience in the office administration role (within a Trade related Business would be an advantage.)
10. Be experienced using Quickbooks Online (ideally) or another accounting package such as Xero or MYOB.
11. Have knowledge in marketing and social media platforms to help grow and highlight Catchcam within those arenas.
