The Opportunity

High growth ASX listed company, reporting to the Executive General Manager within a high performing team. This role will drive organic growth of our business, developing and maintaining business relationships with a variety of customers, both existing and new. This is a highly strategic, high-profile role, working across all business units, indirectly leading 250+ employees.

  • Drive business unit channel collaboration to optimise effort and leverage Cleanaway’s National scale
  • Seek new opportunities, drive organic volume growth opportunities with existing and new potential customers to increase our brand equity
  • Meet sales revenue through price and volume growth
  • Proactively manage customer and prospect relationships to gain, retain and grow Cleanaway’s revenue and market share
  • Embed high performance standards and a culture of shared learning across the business

About You

  • Proven leadership experience in B2B industrial sales & marketing
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving organic growth through multi-channel sales force in a decentralised operating model / matrix structure
  • Experience in driving sales performance within a matrix organisation
  • Expert in negotiating and closing commercial contracts
  • Building internal relationships with ELT and Business Unit General Managers, Regional Managers and Commercial Finance Manager’s
  • Previous experience working on National Accounts including customer contact and bid and tender teams
  • Experience leading 200+ FTE through direct and indirect reporting lines
  • Tertiary qualifications, in business, commerce or marketing preferred
