• Unique opportunity to create class leading Customer Experience for a very engaged audience
• Lead the ticketing function and work closely with iconic venues like the Sydney Opera House and Arts Centre Melbourne
• Feed into the forecasting of box office revenue and scheduling that maximizes the commercial results for this iconic Australian brand

What you'll be doing:

• Lead the overall Customer Experience, including oversight of the contact centre and box office
• Manage the overall pricing strategy and dynamic pricing for performances
• Manage the ticketing relationships with all our venues, including Sydney Opera House, Arts Centre Melbourne, Regent Theatre, Adelaide Festival Centre, QPAC and regional venues to ensure a high level of Customer Experience
• Assist in forecasting of current seasons and future years box office revenue
• Developing sales strategies to maximise ticket sales and fill the theatre for all productions
• Responsible for accurate and timely reporting of sales achievements

What experience you'll need:

• Ticketing systems and processes
• Tessitura database management
• Customer obsessed approach to everything
• Contact center experience desirable
• High level analytical and reporting skills
• Strong commercial mindset
