In this role, you will develop, plan, and implement transition and integration strategies for new contracts globally. You will ensure that Health, Safety, and Security (HSS) aspects are managed according to established transition plans. Your responsibilities will include identifying and implementing improvements to maximize the effectiveness of the transition process, enabling smooth and low-risk start-ups. Additionally, you will develop and execute improvement plans to address project-specific opportunities for enhancement. Join our team and play a crucial role in driving seamless and successful transitions for our global contracts.Additionally, you will:Develop and embed a Health and wellbeing focus into the new project transition plans, ensuring that Thiess Group personnel are supported in their physical and mental wellbeing.Identify, develop and implement appropriate HSS operating processes and systems to deliver contractual requirements.Create and implement initiatives and programs that drive the Group Principles and the Thiess culture within new contracts.Develop effective transition strategies for new contracts and acquisitions while providing a structured 'project management' approach to the transition plans and strategies.Evaluate each new project to ensure that transition plans are tailored to the specific project needs, allowing for the effective implementation of Thiess Group systems and culture at all sites.Provide leadership, coaching and guidance for Health & Safety and Operational personnel throughout the transition process and ongoing.About youYour seamless communication, both verbal and written, adds finesse to the flow of ideas and information.
