The initial role:
- Perform the following but not limited to:
- Data Entry of Hire Contracts (All information provided prior to entry)
- Ringing customer to verify if machines are still required
- Taking calls for off hire of equipment
- Assisting in Yard checks of equipment to ensure location accuracy
- Exceptional customer service skills and well organised administration skills
- Clear communication with a professional phone manner
- Strong computer skills and eye for detail
- Providing support to the sales team and other key staff
Hi-Reach is offering for each candidate the following:
- Training and support will be provided by a very dynamic an experienced team,
- Ability to transfer to other roles as you gain experience and knowledge within the organisation,
- Uniforms offered after initial 3 months,
- 6-month probation period,
- Salaried position (above the award),
- Monday to Friday (inclusive),
The successful candidate will require:
- Back ground in customer service, building & construction or the like
- A proven ability to be adaptable to changing priorities and work conditions including the ability to both work as parts of a team and to work autonomously to complete tasks within the required timeframes
- Eye for Detail (care factor),
- Integrity, honesty and good work ethic,
- Computer Literate with ability to utilise Microsoft products ie:
- Outlook,
- Excel,
- Word
- Good written and verbal skills,
- Well-presented and organised,
- Fast learner.
