About the Role:

As the Hotel Management Couple, you will be entrusted with the overall responsibility for the seamless operation and success of this tropical retreat. Working together as a cohesive team, your shared passion for hospitality and commitment to excellence will be the driving force behind the hotel's continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Excellence:

   • Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring smooth and efficient work-flow
   • Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
   • Collaborate with department heads to optimise performance across all areas

2. Guest Experience:

   • Foster a welcoming and personalised guest experience
   • Address guest feedback and concerns promptly and professionally
   • Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty

3. Team Leadership:

   • Lead and inspire a small diverse team to deliver exceptional service
   • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
   • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance staff skills and knowledge

4. Financial Management:

   • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met
   • Implement cost-effective measures without compromising service quality
   • Monitor revenue streams and identify opportunities for growth

5. Marketing and Promotion:

   • Work closely with the marketing team to create and implement effective promotional strategies
   • Leverage local partnerships to enhance the hotel's visibility and reputation
   • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven experience in Hotel Management roles, preferably as a couple
• Solid understanding of Trust Accounting, Body Corporate and have a current Real Estate Licence, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal abilities and organisational skills
• In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry and current market trends
• Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with grace
• Flexibility to adapt to a tropical environment and remote location
