ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a collaborative, established team to enable them to achieve business critical goals. This role is integral to the business and will see you building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, manage multiple systems, assist with onboarding and offboarding as well as interview coordination.
This role will start immediately and run for 2-3 months, with potential to extend.
DUTIES
- Data entry across multiple platforms including SuccessFactors
- Mail merge in excel
- Creating employee contracts using DocuSign
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Support the HR and Talent team day to day
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Adhoc duties as required
