A Human Resources Administrator job is located in Pakenham on a part-time, 3-month assignment.
The job of Human Resource Administrator will be to provide a high level of Human Resources Support to internal and external stakeholders.

You will be responsible for the following
- Coordinate the requesting, processing, and conducting pre-employment checks for potential candidates and conducting police checks for existing employees
- Facilitating employee exit interviews and maintaining the exit interview register
- Guide managers and employees through all stages of the employee life cycle including advertising, interviews, on-boarding, engagement, performance management, career advancement and off-boarding activities
- Preparation of employment contracts in an accurate and timely manner
- Undertake other tasks as requested by the Head of People and Culture
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in end-to-end employment cycle
- Professional and well-developed administration experience
- Excellent time management, organisation skills and attention to detail
- Adaptable communication and interpersonal skills
- Competence with Microsoft Office Programs and basic tech skills
- Experience and knowledge of understanding and interpreting the Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards, Awards and Enterprise Agreements is highly advantageous.
