GR Engineering Services Limited (GRES) is an ASX listed (GNG) engineering consulting and contracting organisation providing high quality process engineering design and construction services to the resources and mineral processing industry. The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a HR Administrator to play a valuable role in supporting the Human Resources team and ensuring that our business systems and processes continue to evolve as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Manager - HR you will be responsible for:
- Assisting with the development and maintenance of processes for all elements of the employee lifecycle, including attraction, recruitment, on boarding, development, retention and separation.
- Assist the Recruitment team with social media posts and promotions
- Manage on boarding of all white collar employees including coordinating probationary/competency reviews and ensuring record management is maintained.
- Drafting of contracts of employment.
- Ensure all new starters are tracked, on boarded into the HR systems and that the necessary paperwork is submitted to payroll.
- Ensure the integrity of the HR data in the HRIS is audited and maintained.
- Assist with HR reporting and internal HR communications.
- Assist with the continuous improvement of all HR Policies, Standards, Procedures and Forms.
- Assist with general HR and payroll queries
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience in a HR administration role and/or
- HR qualification with strong administration experience
- Tech and social media savvy
- Intermediate excel skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Full and unrestricted Australian working rights
