Position summary
Our Keolis Downer HR and Learning and Development team are seeking a HR Administrator to join. Based in our North Sydney Depot (must be flexible to travel to our Mova Vale and Brookvale Depots as well) you will provide excellent ongoing support to the Learning & Development and HR team. Reporting into the L&D Manager, you will manage of specific projects to build our capability in delivery training and assessment in a range of subject areas including relevant KD policies and processes, compliance, values, ethical behaviour and customer service. You will help us to ensure our people are competent and confident to undertake their work in a skilled, safe and customer focused manager, underpinned by relevant policies, standards and legislation.
ABOUT YOU:
Certificate III in Business or ability to achieve that qualification
At least 2 years’ experience as an administrator/coordinator
Project Management skills
Power BI - desirable
Excel skills
Microsoft office – intermediate/advanced
Experience and proven ability to be flexible
