About the Role:

Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, the role is an excellent opportunity to kick start your career and get involved in HR projects, assist in employee development, and play a part in influencing overall employee experience.

Your will develop your skills as a HR Professional and progress your career further as a HR Specialist or HR Generalist including HR Business Partner.

We are looking for an HR administrative assistant to perform a variety of personnel-related administrative tasks. You will support the HR department in various responsibilities across employee lifecycle.

Our HR administrative assistant position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle a variety of tasks. If you are passionate about HR policies and procedures and want to play a part in enhancing the work place environment, this position is for you.

Ultimately, you will gain HR experience in a fast-paced work environment by supporting and streamlining admin elements of the HR function.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
Graduate of Human Resources Management or Business Degree with HR fSpecialisation

Intermediate computing and applications, in particular Microsoft Office (Excel, 365, and PowerPoint)

Experience with SAP would be advantageous but not essential

A good communicator, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in verbally

Self-motivated, able to work with minimum supervision

Excellent customer service orientation

To apply for the role, you must have an unrestricted right to work in Australia on an ongoing basis (Australian citizens, permanent residents and New Zealand citizens).

The successful candidate will be subject to National Police Check (criminal history) prior to commencement.
