What role will you play?
As the Senior HR Business Partner you will play an important part in enabling the Finance Management Group to deliver on their transformation. You will act as a strategic advisor, influencing senior stakeholders to identify, prioritise and implement HR solutions and programs that support and drive superior business outcomes.
You will deliver cyclical HR activities including performance, reward, talent management and succession planning. You will also drive workforce design (Strategic Workforce Planning and Organisational Design) strategies, transformation, change and leadership. You will advise business leaders to shape their organisational structure and design to deliver on their strategic objectives. Leveraging data and insights you will support leaders in making data driven people, workforce and talent decisions.
What you offer
- A strong background as an HR professional working within a matrix organisation
- Experience in org design and restructures
- Possess excellent verbal and communication skills with the ability to engage, influence and provide coaching at all levels
- Demonstrate resilience and expertise in managing change and building organisational capability
- Ability to take a data led approach relating commercial and people insights to inform decision making.
