Due to recent movement within the team, the opportunity now exists for an experienced HR Business Partner to provide strategic & operational support to their client group.
The role
Working within a broader HR team, you will support your client group with further embedding cyclical HR initiatives to support the growth of the business.
- You will be involved in all facets of HR generalist duties including developing strategic plans for your client group including workforce & succession planning and remuneration and benefits structures in line with the broader people strategy;
- You will work to coach and advise management to support their teams;
- You will work with key stakeholders in the business to deliver on robust HR strategies within a large and complex organisation; and
- You will lead and implement HR projects including system implementation in line with the broader people strategy.
About you
You will be a pragmatic, engaging and personable HR Business Partner with demonstrated experience owning the end to end employee lifecycle of your own client group. To be successful in this role, you will:
- Be degree qualified in HR or other relevant area;
- Have worked at both an operational and strategic level in a HRBP role;
- Have worked in a large complex organisation supporting different divisions;
- Have a commercial yet personable approach; and
- Professional services industry experience will be highly regarded.
