About the Role
Reporting into the HR Manager, your role will be to provide partnering support across the full employee life cycle. You will play a key part in influencing the role of HR in the organisation.
* Recruitment & Onboarding: ensuring compliance with selection processes and managing the end-to end hiring process
* Performance Management: supporting the performance management process including analysis to flag issues and coaching for managers and leaders
* Workplace Health & Safety: assist with all WHS administration and advise HR Manager of any queries pertaining to employees on WorkCover
* Learning & Development: support HR Manager with learning and development programs and facilitate small group sessions where applicable
* Systems & Data Management: facilitate the collection, storage and management of compliance documents and maintain HR and recruitment systems and inboxes
* Project Management: focus on continuous improvement activities and assist HR projects as required
About You
Tertiary qualified, you are confident, experienced and commercial with a strong generalist skill set and have experience supporting a business transition to more mature HR practices. You possess coaching skills with the demonstrated ability to influence managers and leaders in an HR partnering role.
