About the role
This versatile role integrates HR coordination, payroll management, and office administration, offering a diverse range of responsibilities. You will play a crucial part in the organisation's success, focusing on everything related to our people.
A sample of your day:
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Organise and manage IT equipment, tools of trade and other resources.
- Facilitate performance reviews.
- Assist in recruitment, including candidate sourcing and interview coordination.
- Social events management (internally and externally)
- Implementation and management of training and development programs
- General office management
- Payroll management
What you need to succeed in the role:
- 1-2 years of experience in Payroll and HR functions.
- Proficiency with ELMO for streamlined HR processes.
- Strong communication skills, fostering positive relationships.
- Personable nature, facilitating effective collaboration.
- Demonstrated adaptability to changing environments.
- Ability to work autonomously while managing time effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail
