About the role
This role is the ‘go-to’ person providing supportacross all things HR administration, data and systems. The roleworks as part of our recruitment team, managing candidates andliaising with managers to ensure a great experience. This positionis perfect for someone ready to develop their HR career in afriendly and supportive environment, with growth and careeropportunities.
About you
You’ll be looking to join a fun team, (seriously Ihaven’t laughed so hard in my life), to learn, grow, bringyour energy, ideas and passion. If you have agency or customerservice experience, we won’t hold it against you because weknow you’ll have skills, resilience, like getting it done.Along with thriving as part of an energetic team that is customerfocused, flexible, and collaborative, you’ll:
- Love data, systems, and reporting – seriously, you’ll LOVE it!
- Be focused on creating great experiences for others, empowering them to achieve
- Take pride in your work with attention to detail and delivery
- Ideally have some recruitment experience, or be keen to learn in this space
- You have a team spirit and see the team’s achievements as your own
- See change as the way things get better and an opportunity to develop your skills
- Love baking and sharing delicious foods with your team (optional).
- Ideally Flu and Covid Vaccination
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last 6 months)
