A well established and trusted NDIS provider, committed to delivering top-tier support services to individuals living with disabilities seeks an experienced HR Coordinator to join their team on a 6 month contract in their Western Sydney Location.
Can you bring experience in:
- Payroll management and timesheet approval adhering to the SCHADS Award and legislation
- Assisting in HR administrative tasks, including onboarding, end-to-end recruitment and record-keeping
- Contributing to HR projects for process improvement and employee development
- Maintaining WH&S compliance and implementing wellbeing initiatives
- Ensuring adherence to company policies and handling data confidentially
- Working within an award winning company culture based on respect, teamwork and inclusion
