The RoleThe role will be responsible for the leadership of effective HR practices that support the operational business functions in the key people management areas of injury management, recruitment, induction, workplace relations, training support and general HR policy interpretation and application: Ensure consistent application of the Organisation and Remuneration framework across the business, including Job Families and Career Pathways. Collaborate with the HR team to review, develop, and update HR policies and procedures aligned with company Values.
