We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Manager to join our team on a full time basis.
You will be in charge of the full employee life-cycle, developing and delivering upon all strategic and operational aspects of the P&C function to support the continual growth of the organisation.

Reporting lines
- Report to the CFO
- Manage an offshore HR Coordinator, with access to our external HR consultancy team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide advice, coaching and support to leaders and people managers throughout the employment lifecycle, with an emphasis on building management capability, driving high performance, attracting and maintaining talent, conflict resolution, succession planning, grievances and disciplinary processes.
- Generate monthly HR reporting, analytics, metrics, insights and outcomes relevant to specific areas of responsibility.
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver organisational change initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor, delivering quality advice on a broad range of ER & IR matters across the business.
- Leverage, adapt and deploy company-wide development programs and solutions to build individual and organisational capability.
- Support the establishment and improvement of the company's Employer Value Proposition.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders as required.
Qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR required.
- 7+ years experience generalist experience in a management role.
- Extensive experience interpreting policies and procedures, as well as application of Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
- Extensive experience in leading and supporting the implementation of organisational change.
- Exceptional stakeholder management abilities, a high degree of commercial acumen and a passion for delivering results.
- Experience working in a stand-alone HR position utilizing a HR system will be highly regarded.
