About The Role
We are searching for an experienced HR Manager and Training Lead for the Contact Centre.
Duties:
- Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, employee relations, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle employee grievances, investigations, and disciplinary actions, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies for employee retention, recognition, and succession planning.
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs to address the specific operational and customer service needs of the contact centre.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, making necessary improvements and adjustments accordingly
- Identify opportunities for continuous learning and professional development for employees, ensuring ongoing improvement and knowledge retention.
- Collaborate with the senior executive team to develop and monitor performance metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and engagement surveys to drive continuous improvement in HR and training activities.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in HR management within a Contact Centre environment - Essential
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. Experience within the medical or health fields is a plus
- Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering effective training programs
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with a strong emphasis on Empathy
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Analytical mindset with the ability to apply data-driven insights for decision-making
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS).
- A passion for helping in the Mental Health field
