Hr Officer

You will be based at our Doveton branch with our HR Manager and will be responsible for managing recruitment and providing reliable HR support and advice to the business in an efficient and timely manner.  

Responsibilities:
• End to End Recruitment (from advertising to onboarding)
• Provide support and guidance to Hiring Managers on best hiring practices
• Work within a continuous quality improvement framework
• Assist employees with HR queries
• Exit interviews
• Drive company values to promote a positive culture and engaged workforce

To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Demonstrated experience in an autonomous recruitment role 
• A broad knowledge of HR practices and standards, including workplace laws
• Strong planning and organisational skills 
• Proven track record in building and maintaining effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders. 
• Professional and ethical with a high level of self-motivation and initiative
• Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as work with minimal supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft
• Experience with Employment Hero will be well regarded

You will be a knowledgeable and innovative professional, who can adopt a cooperative style to successfully navigate a number of competing priorities.
